Sergio was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, so he very patiently quoted me several different options. He was very easy and quick to communicate with; he and his crew did the work on time and finished on time; and best of all, they did a truly spectacular job, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I would recommend Northland Painting wholeheartedly to anyone.

  I would highly recommend Sergio and Brenda Herrera (Northland Painting) to anyone seeking painting contractors. My rental apartment now looks 100% better after they painted it.   Sergio and his team were excellent! I only met Sergio, but whoever he had working with him must've been very good as well. They did the entire interior of our house by masking everything well, doing a good job on the painting and the clean up. They worked in a timely manner and let me know what their schedule was like. I still need to do a few more rooms and I'm hoping to use them for those also.

  Sergio did an outstanding job. Fast, efficient, and effective. They were clear in their instruction, gave good feedback on the best selections for us. Even when one of the shades of my deck wasn't to my liking, he came back, and redid the entire deck. I have since had him complete multiple homes, and family member homes as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, efficient work.

  Finding good people with quality skills tends to be a difficult combination these days.Good work combined with the characteristics of consideration and timeliness seems to be a rarity. Over time,even the best workers tend to discount the relationship and provide lesser quality workmanship, higher prices and erratic service.
  Having done numerous projects, I have never been let down or disappointed in Sergio and Brenda. All the things that we hope
  for are a consistent part of what you get when you employ these conscientious individuals to do your painting. They offer great
  value, quality workmanship and an awareness of the needs of the family residing in the property- a super combination not often found.

  I am a real estate agent so I often have clients ask for referrals for various home projects. I have not only had Sergio's team do projects at my own home but have referred them to many of my clients. When I refer providers to my clients, they have to be good as my name and reputation is attached. EVERYONE has been extremely satisfied with their work. They are always quick to respond, have excellent communication skills, provide competitive bids, use great quality paint and do what they say they are going to do. They work quickly, efficiently and always clean up well after the job is done. This is very important in my business and I appreciate how Sergio and Brenda run their business. I have known both Sergio and Brenda professionally and can honestly say they are the one's to work with. They may not be the least expensive but they are an excellent value and do great work!

Estimate was very reasonable, painters were very professional, worked quickly and were very careful to protect flooring.
